A Premier NASM trained Level 3 Personal Trainer and Body Control Pilates instructor, I will help you set achievable objectives, and then deliver them through bespoke training sessions and nutritional guidance.
I focus on creating correct movement patterns and techniques in your body, as well as building your strength and endurance. Each session with me, specially tailored to your goals and needs, will challenge your form, test your fortitude and build a better and stronger you.
If weight loss is your goal, in addition to your time in the gym, I will also review your diet and help you make, and stick to, sustainable changes.
I gave up my corporate career to devote myself to a life in fitness and am passionate about making the gym a welcoming environment for everyone, so as well as taking a serious approach to getting you to your goals, expect a few giggles along the way too!
