At Elev8 Fitness we recognise that classes are a great way to get the energy pumping!
Our diverse range of classes provides High intensity circuits as well as controlled strength and conditioning plus core routines. A snippet of our classes include:
- Non-contact Group boxing as well as classes that focus on drills and specific movements used in Kickboxing & Muay Thai training.
- Sport specific training exercise provided by one of the elev8 crew, who regularly competes in OCR (obstacle course racing) and Strong man competitions. We incorporate many years of experience into the drills and routines on offer in these classes.
- Fun, energetic and tailored towards, aerobic, anaerobic and plyometric circuits, to help maximise your training without the use of any or little equipment.
